Our Mission:
The LPHA or the Luang Prabang Handicraft Association is committed to promoting the handicrafts of Luang Prabang Province and the knowledge of their production that has been passed down generationally for centuries.
Artisans create intricately patterned, cotton and silk textiles; handmade paper of mulberry bark; gold-trimmed lacquerware; and delicate silver ornament. Basketry and woodcarving are other specialties of Luang Prabang Province.
Developed to support the skills of local artisans, the Handmade in Luang Prabang label guarantees the origin of production as Luang Prabang Province.

Lao Artisans Lifestyle Shop & Cafe, Phanom Village, the Night Market, and private shops in Luang Prabang, and surrounding villages.
